Hey guys ... my attempt for ca final is in May 11 ... I want 2 know:
1) Will i purchase the books for accounts and costing(Including OR) now ... i think these are not subject to amendments
2) I have 2 option : Either to join class of Direct Tax or to Join classes of Audit and Accounting Standards .. which will be right action
3)Many accounting standards are in revision ... will joining class for AS now is right?

Hi ankur...
A. U can buy the book rite now only for the costing... I mean, its not going to change as per methods or amendments are concerned..
B. If option is between DT class and SA/AS class.., then ofcoarse one would suggest u to go for DT COACHING... Simple reason being, the subject is really wide, though covered in PCC, but still it requires coaching (if one has got an option)..
C. If u dont go for class, question ends here.. But if u go for class, then dont worry, all the new amendments or the new additions/deductions are alwz taken care of by such tution class, provided the tution is not just PRIVATE TUTION CLASS....
Ankur......u have enough time to prepare......
If your concepts gets clear by reading books is easy for u....then there is no need to take coachings for A.S.
But, for DT , I suggest u to take coachings as there are professional C.A.'s who will guide u in a proper manner...........the way how to prepare for exams.
