plz urgent eligibility for final old

i registered for old course final for nov 09 egistered on 29 th oct 07 ....my old course articleship rule for eligibility says that i need to be in final year of article period for become eligible for final attempt . if my 2 yrs complete on 29th oct 09 i am eligible but twist is that i have changed the article and before joining  2 nd article i took 13 days break and very idiotly accepted tht in form 109 means my article period will exclude 13 days .....it means my 2nd year will complete on 12 nov 09 which make me in eligible for exam..can i do somethng for it ? like if i work those 13 days extra in my allowed leave period?plz reply and sorry for bad english i am really in mess
