Receive any goods or Services from Unregistered Dealer then register dealer ll be pay Tax on the purchased item to govt under RCM.....
1. If you purchase A Stationary from Registered Dealer :
Stationary - Rs. 10000
GST 18% - Rs. 1800 = 11800
Govt get Rs. 1800 for the purchase.
2. If purchase A stationary from Unregistered Dealer :
Stationary - Rs. 10,000
and no tax.
Govt can't get tax. Now the govt is loss their Income (Tax)...
This mistake did the Registered dealer. So, The registered dealer ll be pay the tax to Govt...

Are you understand...
If you have satisfied then give your like to meeeeeeeeee.......
RCM means instead of supplier of goods/services, receiver of goods/ services has to pay the tax
