Plz tell me,i am incorporating sec-8 company where inc-12 requird to filled as attachement to rd-1.if incorporating through spice forms how it will be processesd
plz tell me,i am incorporating sec-8 company where inc-12 requird to filled as attachement to RD-1.If incorporating through spice forms how it will be process and plz tell me after getting licence from ROC,what other forms required to filled

INC 12 is an e form for getting license number. After getting license number Inc -32,33,34 has to be filed with MCA
as in inc-12 already moa & aoa attached so again form 33 ,34 required?

In Inc 32 physical moa and aoa will be attached so no need to file inc 33 & inc 34
