Plz suggest!!! urgent

Hi...

One of my friend's articleship has completed in may, 2011.

Due to some reason he has shown extra leave of 21 days (ie. more than 180 days).

Now a letter is received from ICAI for termination of articleship for 21 days and not of completion.

Now please suggest

what should he do

either he should fill form 103 and do articleship for 21 days and again send form 108 to ICAI after that

or show any reason for 21 days and again send form 108 without articleship

or any other option????
