today i received my admit card but it is a provisional admit card and i have heard that the result of provisional admit card is not declared. what shud i do? should i send the details i.e. my ITT certificate copy and registration letter to noida or delhi??

Dont worry, your result will be published... Since you have recd. prov. admit card, just send a copy of your ITT , orientation certificate with a letter attached bearing your registration no.
These documents you must sent positively before declaration of result.. Its better that you send now itself....
