Sorry to say ..but there is no deactivate button on cci ...

The best idea u can do is ...just deactivate your gmail n fb for sometime ...

and when u wil be free ..., can reactivate them .

But ek baat bolu ...nothing really works ..bcz it creates more fussiness ...and you feel more tempted to open such sites....or otherwise gotta involve in other works ..

best u can do it set timer when u work on net ... so that when the alarm rings , you gotta know...m spending time more than I required to do. Simple

or agar u hav patience of control or full desire for ur passion ...then u won't have even time to think about such things. your mind will not accept such things.

Find some intersting and creative options,so that u won't feel tempted to be online.

1. Instead of Deleting your cci account i was suggest you to practice self control by vsiting net only for limited purpose and time in following ways:

a)Set alarm clock from the tim u sit say for eg.35 minutes in morning and 30 min in evening.

b)Keep reminder on your cell phone(almost all cell phone these days have such facilities) that not more then 1 hour is spent on net in any manner.

c) if you staying at home ask some family members to stop you from siting on net not more then 1 hour each day and keep a track on it.

This way you will also be able to enhance self discipline and self control which is must in our professional life and even in personal life to remain on edge on others.
