AND ALL THE DIRECTORS AND SHAREHOLDERS ARE NON RESIDENT..
THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN INDIA..
SO IN THIS CASE HOW WILL THE AFFADAVIT AND INDEMNITY BOND GET SIGNED FOR CLOSING THE COMPANY...

If the company is resident then, the legal representative having Power of Attorney can sign affidavit & indemnity bond and take step for liquidation of company
