F.O.B.- Free On Board, this means that seller only loads the goods on ship and rest insurance & freight cost are taken care of the buyer.
C.I.F.- Cost Insurance & Freight, this means other than loading the goods on the ship the seller also pays for the insurance & freight of the goods.
