plz read my message and help me

recently i had some dispute with my employer

actually i started job there before completing my articleship.

now he is threating me that he will complain against me to institute

i have received letter of completion from icai

plz suggest whether can he take any action?

and i have also completed ca

and completed articleship before one year

Now that you have received your Article Completion Certificate and also Qualified CA, I do not think you will face any problem. Only you know the situation and circumstance, which led to confrontation between you both. Try to de-escalate the matter smoothly,rather getting entangled in personal bickering. Think of life pragmatically,and have a safe exit from the present crisis with cool and matured head. Good luck Sathish
