heyya everyone i hv my exams in may2010 ipcc group ........i m doing my articleship.....now i want study leaves from next month but my ca is not allowing me leaves for 40 days..........wot can i do?? i dont know the icai policy norms regarding leaves?? how many leaves v r entitled to during the period of articleship???
plz advice me wot can i do in this regard ..........as exams are approachin very near....i hvnt started studyin bcoz i hv to work late everyday ...........
plz koi to help karo..............
yeah its may 2010 ........i asked for 40 days leave but my ca is sayin u will get max to max 20 days i.e 25apr to 16 may 2010
now how can i study before exams in just 10 days.........my first exam is on 6th may 2010..........

as far as icai is concern , a student can get 1/6 of his ar'ship period...but in ur case if ur ca is providing u leave after 25 april then sorry dear no one can help u ...just try to convince ur ca for min. 30days leave ...all the best |

hey man u disheartened me ..........wot if ur ca is totally adamant abt not givin u a day more than 15 days in total.........after a lot of bargaining he said 20 bt dats also doubtful...........dere is so much work dat icant study after office........... i m feeling helpless........exams ko priority du ya phir articleship ko........dere is no transfer in place and members are exploiting us for this..........
yes rohit u guessed it right i have my ipcc group 2 exams in may 2010...........plz tell me sirf pass hone ke liya kitna and kaunse topics imp hai in advanced accounts,auditing and it sm.........
