no matter whether u are terminate the registration or be a raegistered , u have to complete 2 more years after p.c.c.

offcourse he will complete 3 and half year but can he complete these two years after exams of PCC

whatever told by rupesh is right

u have to complete ur 42 mnths of articleship training

its upon u that u want to terminate after 18 mnths or not

but no any provision of termination in icai regulations

but icai told me the same

It is not necessary to stay registerd as article Assistant but if you stay registered your final exam will take less time. you have the complete 42 month for completing CA. and if you do not stay for your PCC Exam your time will extend.

My Only And one query is that will he be elegible for appearing in exams due in Nov. 2009 after completion of 18 months articleship or he has to be registered till exams.

Hey shiv i too hav the similar query...I'l be completing my 18 months by september if i dont count my holz. ...So do i need to stay registered as an articled clerk till the exams or can i take my termination and give the exams in nov.2008.
