our company has registered office at agra on 31.03.2014, address changed to delhi as on 30.6.2014 and then changed to mathura as on 27.09.2014.my query is-
which address will be on balance sheet of the company for financial yr 2013-14.-delhi.agra or mathura?
agm date is considered or date of signing of balance sheet or any other date is considered.
plz advise.

I think, as balance sheet will form part of Annual Return and annual return will contain the address as on the date of AGM of the company, as registered with ROC
