For A.y 12-13 i want to file my return through my delhi address altough i submit my return electronically. please tel me the procedure how to shift my incoem tax file from west bengal to delhi..more over is there any time limit for the same

You need to apply for correction of your communication address in PAN Card.
This will automatically change your jurisdiction.
