Guys plz tell me what the paragraph means---
Paragraph 4(b) of the “Notes for Information and Guidance of applicants”
be read as follows:
“he produces a certificate to the effect that he has undergone a study
course, for a period of not less than eight months, as may be specified by
the Council, for the relevant level(s), as on the first day of the month in
which examination is held, in the manner as may be specified by the
Council from time to time”
From where this cerificate is to be produced.
