You can do CA in Hindi but not sperate batch is availbale for Hindi medium student................... All are same no hindi no english .........classes avilable in Hinglish............................. Book of Hindi medium is also provided by ICAI.

yes CA can be done in hindi medium as well. but you should  go for english medium.

Whether books of good teachers are also available in Hindi medium in market?

yes books are available but some practical subjects like accounts.. incometax, costing, f.m. etc are only in english medium but icai provide modul in hindi and  from markets u can purchase theory subjects books in hindi. 

I dont think u need Accounts book in Hindi medium. Taxation book of graet faculty Mr. Grish Ahuja also available in hindi medium. costing FM hiving major portion of practicle so .english medium book may be opt for this. Surbhi Bansal auditng is available in Hindi medium.
