 New transfer depend upon ur reason for transfer. I think U don't able to any transfer at this situation. 

If ur transfer is in accordance with new rules, then yes, u can take transfer.. not for any other reason

ya u may take transfer

 it depends upon the reason for the change of c.a but it's not boundation on article for change of ca. you still change you c.a many times but reason should be true and accruate and beyond the instruction of the notification of icai

what's important to you giving  CA exame in may 2010 ya takeing transfer  from your CA , let's concentrate on your upcoming ca exame bye..

i think getting transfer before feb. would not be gud for u becoz of strict transfer rules, ur transfer may be rejected by icai

You can take another transfer but youre reason for transfer is quite important. Say for example, if you are already transferred and your new ca who is in practice wants to surrender COP..??

second time transfer is possible.....show convecing reason..
