Vandana ji just prepared for Only one course either ca or cs . Because during the time of articleship u  will have to send form no 112 . And ICAI will not give u permission to appear in C.S . If u not disclose this matter in form no 112 then u will face problam at time of Getting C.A. Membership. It is 100% they will not issue u membership after passing .C.A.Final  IF u not disclose the fact in form no 112.

Please concentrated on CS exam first... coz some of ur papers like law, accounts, cost may be covered to some extent for CA itself....

I agree with Ratan Deep. Prepare for CS firstly but dont let it hamper ur CA exams. Also make your preferences on which exam u wanna focus.
