Friends, iam pursuing CA final course. i have given attempt in may-12 and awaiting results. iam interested in doing CPA course. However, i have absolutely no idea on the course and have many doubts.
What is the duration of the course? Can we prepare and write exams in India or should we go abroad? Where and what are the job opportunities we would get after completing the course?

The CPA can be done by directly applying at the State through which you would like to enroll (CPA is a state-oriented examination and not Federal (Central).
You need to apply for your eligibility (through CA / MCom degree for example) and the eligibility is confirmed usually within 2-3 weeks from the date of application.
This eligibility is only applicable for 6 months. Hence, one should be ready with the preparation well before applying for eligibility.
