Hi,

I am going to appear for final examination 5th nov onwards

i have completed my articleship on 15 th sep09, also submitted form 108 with mumbai branch of icai..but i havent received my articleship completion letter as yet..

i enquired with the mumbai institute they say that they have issued my completion letter on 24 th september..

its been more than a month and i havent received it yet..meanwhile i have received a letter from examination department to send them status of completion of my articleship...

am very worried...am afraid the letter might be lost in post ..coz normally it shud not take so long for a letter to reach..

plsssss suggest what i should do now??

U shd ask for a duplicate one from the institute giving full details of ur correct address once again or can ask them to send it by FAX

i think u shud go to the mumbai institute and tell them to issue you a duplicate letter...

I think, the same problem is with all,.... Many students yet have not recd their admit cards, june mark-sheets etc...,, coz of the festival season, post has delayed a lot....

I think, u should contact ICAI - DELHI, and inquire them only, as none of us, i suppose, mite have faced such problems,,... So, can't guide u much too....

Dear Prachi

What you can do is, in reply of the letter from examination dptt, make covering letter mentioning all ur details and that u ur articleship completion letter has not been recieved. And also enclose the copy of form 108 on which you are having the recieving of mumbai office.

This is not a big issue. Its just a procedural delay.

Dear Prachi,

Dont get so tensed the same problem is been faced by me also write a letter and apply for the duplicate certificate along with ur address, then it will be issued to u .
