I am T.S.Lakshmi Narayan from Chennai. I wrote my PCC first group in May 2010 and misplaced the mark sheet issued by the Institute. However i am having mark sheet for 2nd group. Its been two years over now and i misplaced 2 months back. I wish to write final this May 2012. I want to register for Final and Apply for the exam before deadline.
I Checked with the institute and they said to apply Delhi Office of ICAI. However i cannot remember the roll no with which i wrote the exam. Is it mandatory to Quote Roll no in the application? Or is SRO No Necessary. Pls reply at the earliest.

As per the application format given in "Procedure for obtaining Duplicate Marks Sheet, Pass Certificate and Transcriptt", it says that roll number should be furnished. Application format also attached below.

That is my problem. I wrote Inter 2 yrs back. I cleared one group in one attempt and another group in another attempt. I misplaced the marksheet relating to first attempt now. I dont remember the roll no. What should i do now? I want to write Final this attempt and time is running out.
