I have 2 queries:
1. Is it compulsory to be present at all papers of a group in order to get exemption in 1 paper of that group, or it is just the requirement of 60 marks in 1 paper and one can leave all other papers?
2. Extended due dates for filing ITR are applicable for Nov,2010 Exams?

1. It is COMPULSORY to appear for all papers in order to get exemption in the paper having more than 60 marks.
2. Since, you are aware, its better to mention the extended dates in the exams, although if not mentioned then no effects on your marks.
