An LLP was formed in May 2012 with Final LLP agreement enclosed with Form 2.
Form 3 is not filed till date.
If the original agreement was attached with Form 2 is Form 3 must?
If yes is there any remedy for reduction in additional fees for delayed submission of form?
FORM 3 Should Be filed SIMULTANEOUSLY with in 30 days From the Date of incorporation.
FORM 4 is Not Required for same Partners Designated in FORM 2....
