in icwa only 1 or 2 subjects are different   and in  rest of the subjects 70 to 80 % is same

use the study material for icwa theory paper

for pratical paper use ca study material.

well..first of all..i would say...even if 10days are left....she should take atleast a day break and simply relax herself......otherwise she would start getting frustated in the coming days      ....a break would help her to start afresh.......

her exams have just ended and if immediately she will open her books she would obvoiusly find it difficult....

and as far as cwa exams are concerned.....go for a scanner and compiler...and only cover those topics which are mentioned therein.....i feel cwa is lot easier than ca.....nothing personal against any course...but the basic diff is that in ca exams paper is highly unpredictable.....but in cwa atleast 70% paper would be predictable

and pep up ur frnnn.......such things goes in lyf.....who knows she might clear her finals in first attempt while others continue to write attempts after attempts

i read it smwhere....never be proud nor be depressed of ur position because after a game of chees both king and soldier go in sdame box

she needs the support of frnnsss alot at this point of tym...keep her motivated

any other book which she can refer except study material??

almost more dan 15 days r there. She has just appeared For CA-IPCC and CWA Inter 1st grp syllabus z almost d same.

Similar Topics Which she has already covered in IPCC-<

1) Accounts: NPO,Partnership(bt advance issues in p.ship she needs 2 cover as it is not in IPCC 1st grp),Hire-purchase, Accounts Basics,Final Accounts, Shares n debentures she might hav studied in 12th so jus need to brush-up

2)Taxation: Every thing z d same except Wealth Tax which she needs to cover in CWA- INTER

3) Law n Audit: Indian contract act,1972 ;    Sale of goods act(in cpt);    EPF and misc provs act,1952                

              Payment of bonus act,1965

              Payment of gratuity act,1972

              Negotiable Instrument act,1881

Bt she will have to study Auditing as it is nt covered in IPCC-1st grp(she will study this in IPCC 2nd grp).But not to worry If she has done B.com, then auditing will be nt a big task for her, coz basics she will be knowing...

Now as u see max syllabus has been covered by her in IPCC itself...so jus use last 15 days in revising these topics and learn d new chapters (which r nt dat tough)

So, tell her nt 2 worry n She Can qualify in this attempt.
