if you are want to raise fund from other investment for pvt ltd

then you shold seek who will work on this means  the directors will work only invedtors are only for profits

i am working with CS firm there in a pvt. ltd make aggrements for shares of rs 150,000 of rs 10 each + rs. 60 premium   ok  then directors make a agreement in this they wrote  we will act as CEO & COO so we withdrawn Rs. 200000 & Rs 50000 per month and   5% profit before paynig any amy to you     and final decesion will be in our hand

so you can make agreement with investors as per your work of company
