during A.Y. 2008 - 09 i was sold 2 house property for Rs. 21,00,000 & Rs. 92,00,000 and purchase 1 house property for Rs. 1,62,00,000 can i get deduction of Rs. 1,62,00,000 u/s 54 for both the house property ? if yes please give me reference of case law.
