I request the members of the CCI, basing on your personal experiences and practicalities, to advise/suggest me on the following issue.
I have been offered partnership in a CA firm. Background: The firm is a of medium size which has been existing since 10years with 5 existing partners, no branches yet
I will be incharge of a branch which is proposed to be setup in a different city (my home city).
I have been asked to propose the terms of association- pay scale, revenue sharing, any other issues, etc
Kindly advise/suggest me on the terms of partnership so that I can put forward with the firm.
