Does Corporate job mean slavery?
If yes what should be done on being a CA?

I can't go for practice I am too old for it.
This is query of my friends as well.

Don't worry about the age, interpersonal skills are the key factor. If you're already employed with someone then can take a jump in some other company as CA.
I have left company 4years back and joined my father's business
Then I suggest try out for a job first and if you don't find a suitable one, you can always fall back on starting your practice.
