hello every one!

on 10th july i submitted an application for my transfer from here delhi to una on the basis of my parents transfer with adequate proofs and documents supporting tht my father is operating business at una. on that day we were planning to be shifted, and now i m shifted there! my articles got terminated on 17th aug as on 20th i was to leave for Himachal. till then i was in delhi only.

In b/w i visited to icai articles section and there they informed me to submit form 109 as it is a genuine case for transfer. through i have no proof of that in writing but oraly they said this to me.

now today on 4th sept, i had submitted my form 109 with a covering letter indicating the change of address for correspondence and transfer of my articles from delhi as subject. it has been duly accepted at vishwas nagar.

till yet i haven't registered my new articles at una? now, can i register myself at una and start training there? or whether this form 109 will be accepted first and i will have to wait for.....

my views on this is that i should register my self and while applying 103 at icai, i should attach all the previous documents as a copy with that and another covering letter for form 103!!

i think if institute accepeted your application then u start your training in uno.

In mumbai they have accepted my 109 form but they told me that u will receive either a positive letter or negative letter from institute as in transfer rule they specified that the president himself will investigate the transfer cases. And they also told me that until u receive the letter ur articleship will continue with ur previous principal. So just confirm it with Institute.

president himself himself investigating transfer cases is a too much thing. He has other imp. work like fighting with Talati sir and his supporters; making more stricter rules to kill articles; and devising ways to decrease pass percentages so as to "ensure quality of CAs"( i dunno how it does it).

There are many transfer cases even today from all over india. it is impossible to check all of them.

As to you friend; u should have a xerox of the copy of form 109; and submit it with the original of form 103 of ur new employer in una(where is this?). For better results; if you have certified worksheet of ur articleship; ur bank statement where u highlight the stipend cheques; you attach it too.

can nebody tel me dat if i want to take transfer after clearing my pcc exam n my ca iz nt giving tfr wat remedy do i have ?doesnt d articleship automaticaly cease aftr examz...final k liye to fir se registration karwana padta hai to kya form 109 bhi submit karna padega..cant i begin articleship widout his permission??plz reply sooooon..i wil b highly obliged
