no there is no option to submit after the last date which was 6th march...

no option but to apply for Nov'13 exams hope u pass and make everyone proud

First off all, u done blunder mistake that not submitting the examination form in time. Iam giving head of the examination department contact details,i.e b,coz he is the right person can do something infavour for u. 

make a call to his cell no.

but is'nt it possible to submit examination form wid late fees?

but i guess wid late fees u can submit ur form.

thank u all for the replies..........i tried everything yesterday in the institute but they are not ready to listen.
