Please help regarding non signing of form 108 by principal

please help my principal is not ready to sign form 108 on my completion of articleship. he is forcing me to serve my extension with him. He is even threatening that he fill write excess leaves than what i actually availed. please tell me what remedy do i have . will form 119 help ? and can i serve extension under any other ca ?

Don't be fear, just contact your ICAI regional centre. You can directly go ahead with Form.108, or just write a letter to ICAI.

Doesnt form 108 need the principal's signature as well ? Also what if he writes excess leaves than what i have actually taken in form 108 because i have no proof of attendance as the attendance register has been removed by the principal

Aksh*ta ji, when the cloth is got stuck to a thorny bush, you should be clever in removing the cloth rather than running fast. Similarly, try to convince your principal with apt reasons so that he understands your genuine concern.

Please bear in mind, when the odds are against you in life sometimes it is better to go along with the wind rather than going against it. In simple terms, speak out to your principal in a cordial manner, surely there is a way out. Good luck.

Maitaining of Attendance register is the duty of Principal. There is no mistake of you. First write a mail or letter to your ICAI Regional centre. you can make call too.

Please send the form without principal's signature to the concerned regional centre. Also include a covering letter and convience them your innocence ( include everything you want to inform them). Institute will get in touch with your principal. Make sure that you are genuine.

Also keep in mind, an open talk with your principal is appreciated before you proceed.

Thanku Also is form 119 valid now ? I have exams in may and my articleship ends in feb. I have 2 months extension can i serve it elsewhere ? And do i need to inform my principal or icai for doing the same?
