Please help regarding non signing of form 108 by principal

Don't be fear, just contact your ICAI regional centre. You can directly go ahead with Form.108, or just write a letter to ICAI.

Aksh*ta ji, when the cloth is got stuck to a thorny bush, you should be clever in removing the cloth rather than running fast. Similarly, try to convince your principal with apt reasons so that he understands your genuine concern. 

Please bear in mind, when the odds are against you in life sometimes it is better to go along with the wind rather than going against it. In simple terms, speak out to your principal in a cordial manner, surely there is a way out. Good luck.

Maitaining of Attendance register is the duty of Principal. There is no mistake of you. First write a mail or letter to your ICAI Regional centre. you can make call too.

Please send the form without principal's signature to the concerned regional centre. Also include a covering letter and convience them your innocence ( include everything you want to inform them). Institute will get in touch with your principal. Make sure that you are genuine.
