Please help me ...Its very Important

Dear Friends,

My friend Registerd with CA for completion of articleship 9-10-2007 to 10-04-2011 and he has taken leave total for 185 days, as there is excess leave therefore he has done one month more in articleship and submitted the form 108 by stating date 11-05-2011 .

Now Icai has send letter quoted as "The period served by the student is more than the period registerd for hence not valid.

You are therfore requested to change the date of completion of articleship to 11-04-2011 and mention yhe corresponding leave taken by the articles clerk for our persual and further action.

They Want

remittance of 100 Rs with xerox copy of form no 108 and reason for not submitting form no -108 in stipulated time.

Now what shall that friend can do ..
