First remove the devil you lack conceptual knowledge. Whether  you are from Finance background or non finance . You have to be positive oterwise it will affect your preparation on other subjects. Stop counting days pull your socks. Start from the chapter which you love most. prepare a strict schedule . Forget time be cool, because investing time to learn concept will make your life easier in approaching problems. But keeping in mind time is short if you approach then you will end up losing. Just say you can .

For your query to read from material. Yes it is. From my practical experience to quote . Certain worked problems did come from material. And moreover studying material is what institute often stresses upon.

i cleared ipcc cstng wit 55 marks in may 2011 through selfstudy if u r attempting grp1 and u r good in othr subjcts then allocate more time to fm divide fm into theory and problamatic go through previous years question papers so that u wil hav an idea solve text book problms and have a strategical plan so that u can clear exam all the best
