hello everyone, i just wanted to ask that can our prinicipal stop us if we want to take transfer in first year of articleship??? i read somewhere that we are allowed to take transfer in first year, but whats the use if our prinicipal can stop us purposely on this?? guys please help me as soon as you can...please do give an opinion rather than just viewing and ignoring it... please my fellow matesss.

You can transfer your articles though the princial is not willing,if it is within a year of articleship.

Generally during the first year of article ship, student are free to take transfer without any reasons as mentioned in Regulations. You are free for showing any reasons for transfer but you are not free to take transfer without Principal consent.
The articled assistants are required to get the consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 signed by the Principal in their own interest.
Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.
In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.

so bro what if he doesnt give me the consent???
As i earlier mentioned dear, the Institute will not interfear between you and your principal. So, request your principal for signing. If he will be good professional, then he can.

consent of the Institute before getting Form 109 IS NOT REQUIRED DURING THE 1ST YEAR OF ARTICLESHIP.

transfer during first year of articles ship is allowed with out any restrictions
