 Can anyone please clarify the difference between Order, Judgement & Decree ?

I have read that decree is the judgement of the court, finally dispossing off the issues in question. However, I have observed that in several cases, the decree is passed by the court even though the suit continues to be contested.

Kindly throw some light on the above, with examples for my understanding.
