Yes. Please Check the Form 112 (Application for permission to study other course / engagement in business)
yes you can. But If you are undergoing Articleship make sure your college timings does not clashes with office timing (in case you opt for M.Com regular) as you have to report it in form 112. However there is no issue if you opts for M.Com private
