I need help, whether audit report under section 10A (form 56f) is applicable for pvt ltd company for fy 2011-12 and deduction under section 10A is nil.

Yeah. Section 10A audit is applicable even for a private limited company provided, the company has started its manufacturing process and it is located in SEZ or FTZ , irrespective of other conditions.
