If depreciation addition does not match with income tax will it lead to notice by department.
An asset added last year is shown in computation of this year but was already included in 3cd of previous year.

If addition is entered in 3CD than it will auto populate in ITR.
If not done, and then you can take the addition as additions in 1-4 and there will be no problem
