Hello friends, I want to migrate my tally 7.2 data to tally 9, but whenever I am trying to do this an Error is appearing as follow:

ERROR!!

Existing TALLY!

Internal Error. Contact Tally Solutions.

Software Exception c0000005

(Memory Access Violation)

Please tell me why this error is appearing, and what is the solution for removing this ……. Is there any other way to convert the data kindly please explain….

Support will only be provided to registered users.

You may try this:

1. Take backup of your data.

2. Print the statistics.

3. Rewrite the data using Ctrl+Alt+R

4. Now u will be able to migrate.

5. After migration tally the statistics.
