Please help

Hi Friends,

I want to appear for final examination in November 2011. but i had my  registartion in last thursday so i m eligible for final exam & only my six month of article ship is reamining

My articleship is going to be completed in 10 FEB  2012.

& please also tell with exam form what papers i have to submit.& any leteer required from Ca that only SIX month article ship reamining for that.

please guide me.
