I MADE A MISTAKE IN FILING OF MVAT E-RETURN FORM, IN PLACE OF ORIGINAL RETURN I CLICKED FRESH RETURN WHICH IS WRONG AS WE ARE NOT NEW DEALERS.
WHAT CAN I DO NOW. IS THERE ANY PENALTY OR FINE FOR THIS MISTAKE. PLS ANSWER ITS REALYY URGENT
check the return receipt, if needed revise the same now

plz ans this that i had a income tax survey and i surrendered excess stock . income tax dept.chaged plenty from me.my question is that i have to pay sales tax on the surrender stock or not?if no then plz tell me some notification or any cases.
i had a income tax survey & i surrendered excess stock and cash how can i show this stock and cash in my balance sheet.

Can a Individual/Partner provide loan to a partnership Firm in cash...how can we do this ...is there any limt we should consider?
In the case of excess stock found with you,it shows proper acounts were not maintained by you. Now it depends on how much was the excess stock,whether such stock was taxable,and how you would explain the descrepancy in making an estimation of escaped taxable turnover.You may take the help of an auditor in estimating any taxable T.O. and file a revised return.
