Can anyone tell What certificate is to be issued by an Auditor in case of persons leaving abroad or migrating to another Country?Please give the format.What is required to be certified in this regard?

in case any person leaving India need to file form No. 30C of income tax u need not to certify any thing just the person leaving himself has to sign the form. you can download the form from income tax site or can jst copy paste the below given link https://law.incometaxindia.gov.in/DITTaxmann/IncomeTaxRules/pdf/itr62Form30C.pdf |
