please help..!!

i have one query...

my articleship completed in feb and i have duly submitted 108 form.....few days back i got a letter from the institute that i have to serve excess leave of 22 days.....now what should i do....please help me regarding which form to submit and the other related details...i request anyone who has any idea to please reply....waiting for it....(n plz dnt just view and go...do reply if u know anythng about this) thx in advance..!!
