Am going to appear for CA final Group 1 in may-2012.
Last time my score was - Accounts - 39, FM-57, Auditing - 50, Law - 45.Total -191 marks.
I refered following books,
Financial reporting & AS - MP vijaykumar - 2011 Edition & practice manual(2011 edition)
SFM - V pattabhi Ram(August 2011 edition) & practice manual(2011 edition)
Auditing - Padhuka's (May 2011 edition) &practice manual (2011 edition)
Law - Munish Bhandari (13th Edition) & practice manual (2011 Edition)
My query is
For May 2012 exams
1. Should i continue with the above (edition) books/practice manual or should i buy the new one.?
2. Should i need to refer some other authored books for all the four or any of the subjects?
3. should i use the study module of icai for all the subjects or not?
4. Is there any specific study materials (icai) available for each of the above subjects?
5. What is the difference between Compilations and suggested answers? should i use both or not?
6. Is compilations available for all the four subjects? is it available free.
7. Tel me about RTP, is it available subject wise or year wise ? for may 2012 edition which all RTP shud i use?
8. also tel me about the applicability of IFRS , Revised schedule VI for may 2012 edition!
