Please guide us for the below mentioned transaction in case of Eway bill:

 

We dispatch goods in one vehicle from our godown and then the transporter loads them into to bigger vehicle along with his other consignments to be transported. So in the e way bill we mention the Vehicle number of the Smaller Vehicle that loads from our godown. Is this our responsibility to update the Vehicle number later on when he loads the goods in bigger vehicle or responsibility of transporter to do so ?
