If you have sufficient time then go for Text book of Munish Bhandari, otherwise handbook along with practice manual is sufficient.

In my opinion ,Law must always be read from BARE ACTS Only.

In case you want to refer a book than Tejapl Sheth 's book is a better book when compared with Munish Bhandari's book

So study from bare act and refer T Sheth's book for your reference.
