Please guide...it or finance or consultancy??

I qualified in May 2011 attempt. 1 month Before qualifying I got a job in an  MNC as an ERP Consultant for JD Edwards and Movex ERP. As my job profile is Functional(Finance) ERP consultant, I really doubt whether this work requires expertise of CA,. As in my team I am the only CA and other CAs are reluctunt to work on these ERPs. I  feel under-utilised and rusted.Further,  while  working on this profile I have a fear of loosing my touch with domain expertise..Eventhough, I have coped up well with IT environment , I am confused whether I am on right path?? or shall I change my profile back to core work areas?? or Shall I have any better option ??
