it means a envelope which contain post stamp of rs. 10 and u have to write ur own address sothat they can send it back to you as a reciept .
Dear Freind "A self-addressed Rs.10/- stamped envelope." means an envlope written your corresponde address with duly pasted stamp of Rs.10/-
