I have to take transfer by medical reason. I have doctors certificate stating " 4 months rest". But i have to join after 2 months under another principle. My que is that such medical certificate will be approved if i send it tomo and thus this 4 months count from date of sending letter or date of sending termination form.
Can i take sign on exam form for may 2010 attempt from another CA as i will b not registered?
Will i have to send another medical certificate?
Will my articleship period from date of sending letter till date of sending termination form will be counted?
Please give me ans to above que soon and also specify other consequences or procedures i will have to go through.
