Congratulations.
Both TVS and ITC have its own value. Pay wise ITC would be better and growth wise TVS would be better and also you will have recognition for your performance in TVS. Moreover it depends on the area where you will be placed. Consider your interest, apply permutation and combination and choose the best one.
